ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Customer Service Representative
•Answer emails and phone calls regarding orders.
•Processing orders and maintaining documentation files electronically.
•Addressing and solving customer-related issues •Assisting with responses to requests for tracing of missing shipments.
•Demonstrate professionalism and provide superior customer service.
•Demonstrate company values and create an environment of teamwork and engagement.
•Performing required administrative tasks; preparing all required reports and correspondence.
•Perform all system-related transactions and related paperwork
Preferred Qualifications
•Two plus years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative.
•Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and basic math skills.
•Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels of an organization.
•Experience interacting directly with customers.
•Strong computer skills, especially with ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Products
•Proven success in working as a team.
•Ability to take initiative and work independently.
•Experience working with 3PL and the truck line industry.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is split between an office and warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently move around the warehouse and may be exposed to various temperatures during the day. The noise level in this work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position works in proximity to operating equipment such as forklifts, trucks, and lifts and may require the use of box cutters, scanners, hand carts, and computer systems.
