Job Summary:
- We seek a registered nurse with an associate degree to join our team. Prior operating room experience is preferred but not required.
- You will consistently deliver exceptional customer service and patient care while demonstrating respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in every interaction.
- As a team member, you will champion our hospital's mission, vision, and values, adhering to policies and procedures, ethical standards, and code of conduct.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
- Identifies and monitors patient care requirements, recording and reporting symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
- Administers medications as ordered and modifies treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses, conditions, and physician orders.
- Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
What We're Looking For
- A registered nurse with an associate degree.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
