The Leadership and Organizational Development (L&OD) Coordinator will be responsible for some or all of the following under direction of the L&OD Assistant Vice President (AVP) or Program Director:
- Administratively support managers and directors with development programs and process.
- Perform administrative activities including creating PowerPoint presentations, creating and disseminating program communications, website (Atlas) creation and maintenance, program participant tracking and follow-up, etc.
- Support L&OD program development. For example, performance management information setup, data entry, and communications.
- Support administrative activities related to training program delivery. Activities may include posting information on training programs, coordinating schedules, enrolling participants, creating program evaluations, tracking participation and collecting feedback.
- Deliver training on topics related to best uses of administrative tools (Concur, Atlas, Microsoft suite).
- Assist with classroom set up, computer set-up/presenter software, phone and video conferencing, Panopto video capture and management for on-site training programs.
- Coordinate events including creating announcements, invitations, venue set up, hotel, food, activities, etc.
- Provide project support including maintaining and updating project plans.
- Utilize HR systems such as Taleo, HR Analytics, and various tracking dashboards to assist in monitoring program progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Masters Degree Preferred
- 1-3 Years of applicable/Human Resources and/or Talent Management Experience.
- Ability to respond to multiple actions and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be able to work with all levels, from staff up through to C-level.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to use other related "tools."
