Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for enhancing the health care services in Colorado communities outside of the Denver metro area and neighboring states by providing access to HCA HealthONE’s resources. Facilitate and coordinate community service protocol traveling providers and support staff. Responsible for flight program compliance, coordination, and communications. Also responsible for special projects supporting division vice president, associate vice president and director.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Establish and maintain business relationships with providers and hospital/clinical administrators in HCA HealthONE hospitals and clinics, as well as, communities in outreach catchment areas.
• Review clinical guest experience applications from outreach communities when requested.
• Confirm and verify flight arrangements with physician offices. Create cost saving opportunities by combining or rearranging flights when possible.
• Maintain compliance summary of physicians and allied health professionals to track community service/teaching during their clinic visits.
• Complete and distribute contracts to new participants in the Outreach program. Track the distribution and return of contracts for signatures to all involved parties.
• Send, review, process and code all invoices for department.
• Create, run, and distribute all required reports within appropriate timeframes.
• Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information gained as a result of job functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Internet searches, and relevant databases.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing with all levels.
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships through building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations. Ability to work effectively with other employees and external parties

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or public health administration. Other healthcare or equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of Degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant/Project Manager required. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
