Key Responsibilities
As a Hybrid Office Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to our care teams, including reception duties, inside sales, marketing, recruiting, patient care, onboarding, and other tasks as needed
- Assisting with client care services, including providing emotional support and companionship to our clients
- Working collaboratively with our care teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
