Senior PMO Associate
Job Summary
The Senior PMO Associate in PMO Operations is responsible for overseeing the project management office operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to project timelines, and effective communication among stakeholders. The role involves managing project documentation, monitoring project progress, and implementing project management best practices. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate project management activities and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope
2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
3. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
4. Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership
5. Prepare and present project status reports to management
6. Support the implementation of project management tools and methodologies
7. Conduct regular project reviews and identify areas for process improvement
8. Ensure compliance with project management standards and policies
Skill Requirements
1. Handson experience of project management tools and software
2. Strong organizational and time management skills
3. Good communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in work
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
7. Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
8. Experience in coordinating project activities and resources
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
