Qualifications & Experience:

12 years Overall

Job Description:

• 12 years of IT experience and at least 5 years in a technology consulting role where you were working with senior technology / business executives of client organizations
• Ability to design and document robust and scalable architectures for GenAI systems.
• Deep Learning: Strong understanding of deep learning models (e.g., Transformers, RNNs, CNNs), their architectures, and training techniques.
• Generative Models: Expertise in various generative models (e.g., Large Language Models (LLMs), Diffusion Models, GANs), their strengths and weaknesses, and their applications.
• Prompt Engineering: Mastery of crafting effective prompts for LLMs, including techniques like few-shot learning, chain-of-thought prompting, and in-context learning.
• Experience designing and building data pipelines for AI/ML, including data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Experience driving technical workshops with technical and business clients to drive value added services and implementations
• Continuous Learning: Passion for learning and a strong desire to stay current with the latest advancements in GenAI
• Ability to travel to address customer needs, focused within the region

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range Minimum: $136,000
• Pay Range Maximum: $191,000

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
