Demand Generation Specialist - Job Description

WHO WE NEED:
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engage prospects, and generate high quality leads for our solutions. The ideal candidate is a team player, data-driven, and creative.
3 years of experience in demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics and buyer’s journey
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (ex. Pardot, Salesforce)
Proficient in digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and support revenue goals
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content aligned with campaign objectives
Manage digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, social media, webinars, and content syndication
Monitor, analyze, and provide insights for digital campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Implement and manage lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyers journey
Collaborate with the content team to ensure the development of relevant and engaging nurture content
Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to track, measure, and report on KPIs
Work closely with Enablement, Product Marketing, and SDR teams to ensure alignment and effective handoff of leads
