The Demand Generation Representative plays a key role in driving cloud adoption by building trusted customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You'll collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver tailored solutions, educate clients on cloud technologies, and showcase customer success stories to fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture customer relationships by earning trust and engaging primarily through calls.
  • Identify potential leads, qualify opportunities, and maintain a robust sales funnel using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Educate customers on the value and capabilities of cloud services, highlighting success stories and key wins.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Customer Success Representatives (CSRs) and Solution Architects (SAs), to drive customer outcomes.
  • Partner with external vendors and resellers to expand market reach and promote cloud adoption.
  • Share customer success stories to inspire new clients and promote company expertise.
  • Research and profile prospective clients to identify business opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and strategies.
  • Track progress and manage leads using CRM systems to ensure pipeline health and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on cloud technologies and trends to better educate and guide customers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong ability to research and profile customers using internal and external resources to identify key decision-makers.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs, ask insightful questions, and identify opportunities.
  • Logical thinking and structured communication skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Openness to learning and utilizing sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
