Job Summary:
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Generalist to support various HR functions, ensuring efficient administration, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Will provide hands-on support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
    • Onboarding records – Personnel files
    • Form I-9 compliance
    • SAP - Success Factors
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain documentation for employment, benefits, policies, and payroll.
  • Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support HRIS data entry and reporting, including employee status changes, benefits enrollment, and leave management.
    • Quarterly and collaborate with Andreas and Wolfgang
  • Track and report HR metrics, such as turnover rates, training completion, and employee satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain all leave policy events (FMLA)
    • In Paycor and HR Drive
  • Immigration support (recruiting and paperwork)
Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screenings, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including documentation, training schedules, and orientation programs.

  • Assist in the research, development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide clarity on company policies, procedures, and guidelines to employees.
Benefits
  • Support benefits enrollment payroll and system changes, and communication.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers to resolve issues.
  • Guide employees through benefits enrollment and answer questions about plan options and coverage.
  • New hire benefits offerings; onboarding.
  • Liaison between employees and benefits providers to resolve coverage or claim issues. *Partial
  • Audit monthly bills, upload to Concur for payment
Communications

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role.
  • PHR
Skills & Competencies:
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Paycor) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
