Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing psychological services , utilizing evidence-based practices to support youth clients eating disorders recovery, mental health and holistic well-being. This role involves team collaboration to conduct assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group counseling in an Outpatient- PHP level of care settings.
Duties
- Conduct thorough assessment, diagnose and develop treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic modalities.
- Offer child family counseling to address the unique dynamics of each family unit.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
- Utilize our sanctuary environment to integrate nature and mindfulness into the therapeutic process.
Skills
- Proficiency in adolescents and family counseling techniques is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy principles.
- Ability to perform thorough patient assessments effectively.
- Experience with adolecents, eating disorders : associated mental health, trauma symptoms and understanding their unique psychological needs; is a plus.
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions.
- Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills for managing medical records and documentation.
- Ability to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions effectively.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Per diem
Pay: $115,179.00 - $179,951.00 per year
