The hours of operation for our clinic are:
- 8 AM-5 PM Monday – Friday (These are the hours that most staff is expected to be present and/or working, split between part time and full timers).
- We break for lunch from 12-1. (There may be additional hours or meetings required for planning and education, but we also believe in having a life, too!)

Here is an outline of the responsibilities you may be tasked with:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Field calls generated from our physical mail marketing material, providing information and assistance to potential patients.
- Assist in bringing patients into our service by effectively communicating the benefits of our wound care solutions.
- Coordinate care services between patients, their families, medical facilities, and insurance providers.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments within the company, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Uphold confidentiality and sensitivity when handling patient information.
- Provide support to management and executives as needed.
You shall also POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a front desk receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong ability to execute work in a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals, including patients, families, staff, and management.
- Proficiency with a multitude of softwares
- Ability to maneuver in EMR systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent judgment is essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
