Technology Delivery Analyst - Project Manager

Job Summary This position is responsible for assisting delivery leads with end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues. Job Description *Assist execution of project delivery through effective facilitation of requirement analysis, architecture development, business process solutioning, and logical design *Deliver optimization of programs and projects by ensuring coordination with various downstream teams *Assist collection of key performance indicators for all projects and enhancements, facilitating delivery status transparency to business stakeholders *Review, guide, troubleshoot and resolve contentious issues escalated during implementation *Track, manage, and report on status against action items, milestones, critical path / dependencies, issues, risks, value delivery, and mitigation strategies for transform, grow, and sustain workloads *Coordinate and communicate between business, EPMO and Technology groups throughout delivery Required Job Qualifications: *Bachelors Degree and 2 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management, OR 6 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management. *Ability to influence and execute. *Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and make trade-off decisions. *Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately. *Business acumen and application domain knowledge. *Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting. *Customer relationship management. *SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development. *Vendor / SLA management. *Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages. *Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS. *Knowledge of Cybersecurity/ continuous deployment / integration process. *Experience with Project / portfolio management tools - MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP. *Oral & written communications. *Teamwork and collaboration. Preferred Job Qualifications: *Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology. * Experience in Financial Forecasting *Ability to tie together solutions across systems. *Adaptability / ability to manage change *Creative thinking. *Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment. #LI-Hybrid We encourage people of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
