Summary
We are seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for monitoring systems and processes at the skilled nursing facility level for an assigned caseload.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all required meetings, trainings and events.
- Act as a consultant to the company regarding clinical standards along with state and federal regulatory compliance.
- Works with clinical compliance leadership committee to coordinate, identify, create, implement, monitor and evaluate clinical company policies and procedures.
- Work to standardize clinical and financial models, systems, and data in planning and managing.
- Develops key clinical managers to enable them to effectively fulfill responsibilities and improve their skills. Identifies and responds to clinical issues within assigned facilities.
- Responsible for maintenance of systems and processes to meet regulatory compliance requirements and Monument standards.
- Collaborates with non-compliant facilities to determine the cause of the non-compliance and then develops strategies to resolve the underlying problems
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in healthcare or multiple years of related management experience is required.
- Must be capable of taking initiative in resolving problems and completing projects.
- Must have transportation and ability to travel beyond Salt Lake City metro area.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health care or skilled nursing.
