Were looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Medication Assisted Recovery Center (MARC) and Family Medicine at 41 Montebello Road in Pueblo, CO.
What Youd Be Doing
As the Registered Nurse, you would play a vital role in providing care in our Integrated Medical Center and MARC, ensuring exceptional care for individuals with behavioral health needs and co-occurring disorders. Reporting to the Director of the Medical Center and MARC Team Lead or their designee, you would lead with professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and current records with 100% compliance with Health Solutions standards.
- Utilize electronic health records proficiently.
- Adhere to policies and procedures, requirements, and regulations of an opioid treatment program.
- Conduct patient assessments with kindness and a focus on their needs.
- Prepare and administer prescribed medications, injections, and vaccinations.
- Manage and maintain medication and supply inventory appropriately.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Facilitate timely and accurate medication prescriptions and refills.
- Secure medications and maintain organized medication records accurately.
- Review laboratory results with treatment teams and patients.
- Apply best practices in medical care and medication-assisted treatment.
- Offer psychoeducation to patients and families about relevant health topics.
- Implement preventive medical interventions in collaboration with patients and specialists.
- Evaluate behavioral health assessments and refer patients to appropriate professionals.
- Witness urine toxicology screenings, perform oral drug testing, and conduct breathalyzer testing as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and committees as assigned.
- Cover shifts and perform other duties as required.

What Were Looking ForThe Must-Haves
- Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; BSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse in good standing in the State of Colorado.
- Valid Colorado drivers license and access to transportation during work hours.
- Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge of substance use disorder medication-assisted treatment.
- Proficiency with computers and electronic health records.
