Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Execute the overall strategy for the enterprise imaging consulting practice in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of consultants, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Set performance goals and expectations for the team, and regularly assess and evaluate their performance.
- Business Development:
- Support business development in the pursuit of new business opportunities Establish and nurture relationships with clients, and actively participate in business development activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, identify emerging industry needs, and leverage this knowledge to develop innovative consulting offerings.
- Project Management and Delivery:
- Oversee the successful execution of enterprise imaging consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, offering expert advice and resolving any challenges that may arise during project implementation.
- Ensure that project methodologies, tools, and best practices are followed consistently across all engagements.
- Participate as a billable resource on engagements
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients, understand their evolving needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Thought Leadership and Knowledge Sharing:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the consulting field.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the consulting practice.
- Actively contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as whitepapers, articles, and conference presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in advising or leading an enterprise imaging practice.
- Proven experience (8 years) in a consulting role, with a track record of successfully leading and managing consulting engagements.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and solve complex business problems.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated business development and sales support experience, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Deep knowledge of consulting methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.
