What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foundation Associate position at HealthPartners?
The Foundation Assistant will provide assistance to the Director of Westfields Hospital Foundation including meeting scheduling, event planning, board governance, policy updates, and donor data management.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 20 hours per week. Schedule can be flexible.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-year degree in business related studies; and/or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative support position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to partner with others to accomplish a common goal
- Proven experience in event planning
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely, organized, confident manner
- Fundraising experience
- Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to direct others and work as a team.
