HealthReach Community Health Centers is seeking an experienced Nurse or MA to share their skills with our organization as our Clinical Educator. The Clinical Educator is responsible for leading clinical training programs for clinical support staff, including facilitation of training for newly hired staff, addressing training needs identified through clinical audit or report, and working with clinical leadership to prepare and train for planned updates or improvements. The selected candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably primary care. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to success in this role, as is curiosity, and an open mind in regard to clinical workflows and processes. Regular travel to our area Health Centers is an expectation of the position. We offer an excellent benefits package, competitive salary, and positive work environment.
HealthReach's Central Office is home to the Administration, Billing, Finance, Communications, and Information Technology departments of HealthReach Community Health Centers - a Federally Qualified Health Center consisting of twelve community health centers located across Central and Western Maine. The office is located just minutes from thriving downtown Waterville, which is home to Colby College, well-established dining and nightlife, numerous shopping opportunities, and an up-and-coming art scene. Waterville is a short 25-minute drive to Augusta, Maine's state capital, and is conveniently situated near I-95 for easy access to all of the opportunities Maine has to offer.
