We're seeking a full-time, results-oriented Recruiting Associate to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing corporation.
SCHEDULE : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
LOCATION : HK Programs corporate office at 2 Summit Court, Fishkill, NY 12524.
COMPENSATION : $18-20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
As a Recruiting Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts. You will focus on posting our open positions on 20 plus job boards. You will work with the hiring managers to boost priority needs as well as screen some of the candidates. Working closely with the Onboarding Manager, you'll utilize your excellent organizational and follow through skills to assist with the recruitment and hiring process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
- Update and post job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage multiple job postings, source, and recruit talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.
- Review applicant profiles to ensure they meet position minimum requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
