POSITION SUMMARY

Healthy Spaces has immediate opening for someone to help two key rolls here at Healthy Spaces. Opportunity to help our Design Specialists by calling all current and previous clients. These calls will help with quality, and proposals. Join a team of hard-working professionals delighting customers every day. Opportunity to make every touch point a fantastic experience while helping our Production side make sure all jobs run smoothly.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills

Persistence and positive in making a large number of customer calls each day

Computer Skills

Great phone voice

Self Starter

Provides customers and visitors with a remarkable experience

Regular, reliable on-site attendance

Customer Care key job responsibility's such as but not limited too :

Scheduling New and Current Customers

Calling Unsold Proposals

Helping with all questions and concerns from our great customers or potential clients

Going above and beyond for a WOW customer service

Production Coordinator Job Responsibility's such as but not limited too :

Maintain all crews scheduling at or above weekly and monthly goals set by the Production Manager

Handle all collections for the production side at completion of the job

Provide daily updates to General Manager, Accounting, and Production Manager on A / R Report

Calling in 811 locates, County Permits, etc.

Closing out Production Projects and updating Production Manager on any notes from the crews

Hours for this role :

Monday - Friday 8-5

1 possibly 2 Saturdays per month during our busy time 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm
