Priority Staffing Group is hiring a Customer Care Representative for one of the area’s leading nonprofit behavioral health organizations. A Customer Care Representative is responsible for engaging with clients on behalf of their company through email, phone or in-person assistance. Some duties include, but are not limited to; receptionist duties, electronic scheduling, answering phones / emails, greeting clients, collecting co-pays, data entry, filing and recordkeeping. Qualifications include, but are not limited to; excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, multitasking with strong organizational skills, time-management skills and the ability to work well with a team. Must have a High School Diploma / GED, valid driver’s license and able to pass pre-employment requirements.
Position is located in Carbondale and is a full time position. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
