About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Snow Blower Operator to join our team for the upcoming winter season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for clearing snow from residential and commercial properties using a snow blower. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in challenging weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a snow blower to clear snow from driveways, walkways, and other designated areas.
- Ensure thorough and efficient snow removal.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers (if applicable).
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating a snow blower (preferred).
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Ability to work in cold and inclement weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
