Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Product Portfolio Manager to lead the development and management of our automotive light and heavy-duty vehicle parts product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive OEM and aftermarket parts market for both light and heavy-duty vehicles, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally to bring products to market successfully. Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for automotive parts products.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to develop product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.
- Analyze competitive offerings to ensure our products meet and exceed industry standards.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and outstanding customer experience.
- Monitor and report on product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
