The Administrative Technician will perform under the direction of the Crisis Director and will support Diversion Center needs, which include assisting with checking in consumers, answering phones, scanning medical records, reports and ordering/purchasing supplies for the Diversion Center.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
- Answers phones in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with consumer medical record
- Checking in consumers
- Enters and scans consumer information into EHR
- Responds in a timely and professional manner to requests from Diversion Center staff
- Orders and maintains supply stock for Diversion Center
- Mail distribution
- Provides assistance to front desk staff
- Generates/produces requested reports, documents or forms.
- Scanning and faxing documents when required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Considerable knowledge of complex clerical procedures and office practices; Agency procedures and policies; rules and regulations concerning work performed; and supervisory techniques.
- Ability to understand and follow departmental policies, procedures, and regulations; plan, assign, and coordinate work of subordinates; instruct and train clerical workers; prepare complex reports; compose correspondence; and establish and maintain good public relations.
- Must have and maintain a level of general health, which permits the performance of job duties.
