What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Professional DC position at Heart of Texas Region MHMR Center?
The Administrative Professional will perform under the direction of the Crisis Director and will support Diversion Center needs, which include assisting with checking in consumers, answering phones, scanning medical records, reports and ordering / purchasing supplies for the Diversion Center.
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED
- Answers phones in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with consumer medical record
- Checking in consumers
- Enters and scans consumer information into EHR
- Responds in a timely and professional manner to requests from Diversion Center staff
- Orders and maintains supply stock for Diversion Center
- Mail distribution
- Provides assistance to front desk staff
- Generates / produces requested reports, documents or forms.
- Scanning and faxing documents when required
Experience and Training
Position requires graduation from an accredited high school or GED, plus one (1) year of work experience in a field related to the duties of the position.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Hours : M-F 8am-5pm
Salary : $15.00 / hour $31,200 / annual
