Job Summary:
We are seeking two skilled On-Site Break/Fix Technicians to provide hands-on technical support for hardware and software issues. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows 10/11, Office 365, and various enterprise applications. Experience with MECM, ServiceNow, and MAC support is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and Office 365 applications.
- Support enterprise applications and resolve end-user issues efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for software deployment and system updates.
- Manage service requests and incidents through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Perform basic MAC support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a break/fix technician or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Familiarity with MECM for system management and application deployment.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of MAC OS and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft 365 Certified, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
- Previous experience in an enterprise IT environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
