We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in various aspects of finance and accounting. Additionally, 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated expertise in financial management and cost accounting, is required. The ideal candidate must have management experience with strong leadership, coaching, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. They should also be able to lead and influence cross-functional teams at all levels, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
