Summary

As a Reservation Specialist at Hearthside Cabin Rentals, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and facilitating seamless booking experiences for our guests. Your expertise will help ensure that visitors enjoy their stay in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist guests with travel planning and provide detailed information about cabin amenities and local attractions.
• Process bookings efficiently while ensuring accuracy in reservations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations or cabin stays.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize occupancy rates and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available cabins and pricing structures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with travel planning and sales techniques is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Expected hours: 40 per week
