We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and enhancing our human capital management strategies. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
- Collaborate with department managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Support the performance review process.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records through effective data entry practices.
- Utilize HR software systems such as Paycom and benefit TPA accounts to manage employee data and reporting.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including FMLA and workers' compensation claims.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, employment labor law, and human capital management practices.
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as Paycom, Workday, or ADP is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
