Position Summary: The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in managing and executing a variety of human resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will be strategic yet hands-on, capable of supporting a smaller company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR-related projects across various functions, including employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, recognition programs, and organizational restructuring.

  • Define project objectives, timelines, resources, and key milestones.

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager and other members of leadership to develop HR strategies that align with the organization’s overall vision and long-term goals.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders during periods of transformation.

  • Create and deliver communication plans and training programs to drive awareness and adoption of new initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with department heads, executives, and external vendors to support project objectives and outcomes.

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR project-related inquiries and issues.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and status updates with stakeholders to ensure transparency and address potential challenges.

  • Measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.

  • Develop and implement best practices in HR project management to enhance organizational efficiency.

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to evaluate project success and inform future HR strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of exposure to human resources, with a focus on training and development.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

  • High degree of organizational skills.

  • Ability to perform work and deliver results with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to make appropriate decisions and solve problems.

  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

  • Conservative in decision-making and logical thinking

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Type: Direct Hire Full Time

Compensation: Up to $80,000/annual



Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
