Position Summary: The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in managing and executing a variety of human resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will be strategic yet hands-on, capable of supporting a smaller company.
Responsibilities:
Assist with HR-related projects across various functions, including employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, recognition programs, and organizational restructuring.
Define project objectives, timelines, resources, and key milestones.
Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager and other members of leadership to develop HR strategies that align with the organization’s overall vision and long-term goals.
Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders during periods of transformation.
Create and deliver communication plans and training programs to drive awareness and adoption of new initiatives.
Build strong relationships with department heads, executives, and external vendors to support project objectives and outcomes.
Act as the main point of contact for HR project-related inquiries and issues.
Conduct regular check-ins and status updates with stakeholders to ensure transparency and address potential challenges.
Measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
Develop and implement best practices in HR project management to enhance organizational efficiency.
Utilize HR data and analytics to evaluate project success and inform future HR strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of exposure to human resources, with a focus on training and development.
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
High degree of organizational skills.
Ability to perform work and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Ability to make appropriate decisions and solve problems.
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Conservative in decision-making and logical thinking
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Type: Direct Hire Full Time
Compensation: Up to $80,000/annual
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
