Overview
Support a Heartland client in the workplace (McDonalds) — especially with customer service and coworker relationships.
Pay: $21/hour
Hours / Schedule: 15-20 hours/week (Wed, Thurs, Fri: 9:30 am - 2:30 pm)
- No weekends
- Consistent schedule
Responsibilities:
- Develop job coaching and employment plans
- Assist with job tasks, goal setting, and workplace skills at McDonalds
- Guide clients in personal and professional growth
- Monitor progress and provide feedback
Qualifications:
- Experience as a job coach or in disability support
- Strong communication, organizational, and motivational skills
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s a plus
