Responsibilities
Plan and Execute Campaigns: Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with revenue goals, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for the Retail Business unit in the Americas.
Drive Lead Generation: Create strategies to attract, segment, and nurture leads through the buyer’s journey, optimizing for conversion.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Align with solutions marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, and creative services to develop and execute new content ideas to attract prospects and progress them through the buyer's journey.
Optimize Campaign Strategies: Align campaign objectives with revenue goals, provide regular performance updates, conduct A/B testing and analysis, and implement feedback loops to improve outcomes.
Monitor Performance: Use analytics tools to assess campaign performance, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights that inform future strategies and maximize ROI.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing
Proven track record of building and executing highly engaging, revenue-driven marketing programs
Demonstrated understanding of integrated campaign architecture and the buyer decision journey
Strong relationship builder and high collaborator with marketing leadership and other stakeholders
Ability to leverage analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools to derive campaign performance insights
A resourceful marketer who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to define and achieve objectives
Excellent communication skills, particularly when articulating findings in meaningful, straightforward ways to leadership stakeholders with an emphasis on actionable insights
Experience with the retail industry, payments, or point of sale is highly preferred.
