Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a 1099 contractor position is part and full time hour equivalents available. Applicants must reside in the state of Georgia, or within 50 miles of the Georgia state border. Hearts and Hands Therapy Services, is a leading provider of pediatric behavioral services, committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with diverse behavioral needs. We are excited to offer a telehealth opportunity for a clinician dedicated to patient care and outcomes, and working as a part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- In-person/center-based assessments will be conducted to identify behavioral goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide virtual supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff.
- Collaborate with families to implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure update testing and on time assessments
- Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver effective ABA therapy sessions and consultations.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Flexible hours, up to 30 hours per week of billable services and sessions
Qualifications:
1. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
2. Proven experience in conducting remote supervision and designing effective treatment plans.
3. Strong knowledge of telehealth platforms and their application in ABA therapy.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to adapt and thrive in a virtual work environment.
6. Located in the state of Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia state border.
