Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with clients with a diverse background whether it would be with children or elders. Will have knowledge of being person centered, HIPPA and maintaining professional boundaries. This role is essential in providing high-quality support to individuals with a diverse background and diagnoses. The Specialist will work closely with clients, and families to ensure that each individual receives the best possible care tailored to their unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes or assisted living facilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including home organization, community integration, meal preparation, and assist with paperwork as needed.
- Engage clients in social activities and provide emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Accurately document.
- This position does not require personal cares.
Skills
- Strong knowledge in Person Centered, HIPPA, and Professional Boundaries.
- Experience in a similar healthcare role is required.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families.
