Duties
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's specific needs and goals.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including home organization, meal preparation, community integration, and paperwork as needed.
- Support residents in maintaining their rights and dignity while fostering a respectful environment and professional boundaries at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- This position does not require any personal cares.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with diverse backgrounds and diagnoses whether it is with children or elders.
- Knowledge of resident rights, HIPPA, advocacy is essential, maintaining professional boundaries.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A compassionate demeanor and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Must have DL, Insurance and Reliable vehicle.
- Must be able to pass a Background through DHS.
