**Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- 5-10 years of experience as a Project/Construction Manager in the structural steel industry (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to read and interpret shop and design blueprint drawings.
- General knowledge of fabrication and erection standards and procedures.
