Job Summary:
Heglar Creek Electric is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of success in social media management, paid advertising, and content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and execute paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Threads) based on company needs and budget.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage and maintain company websites.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of current marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee and optimize local search results and Google Business Profile.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage and respond to customer reviews on various platforms.
- Manage and optimize marketing platforms, focusing on guaranteed impressions and profile optimization.
- Send monthly review requests to customers across all service areas (Homes, Gemstone, Plumbing).
- Creative Content Creation:
- Design and create engaging flyers for current promotions.
- Take high-quality photos for social media and website use.
- Regularly update website scrolling galleries with new images.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the yearly marketing budget effectively and efficiently.
- Community Outreach:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for community outreach.
- Recruitment Support:
- Assisting with the interviewing process for potential employees to fill current open positions within the company.
- Collaboration:
- Attend monthly meetings to discuss marketing strategies, campaign performance, and overall marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
- Proven experience in managing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing principles.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
- Passion for marketing and a strong understanding of industry trends.
