OBJECTIVES
- Create and publish an assigned amount of high-quality content (e.g., posts, videos, blogs) weekly across various platforms.
- Achieve a targeted increase in engagement rates (likes, comments, shares) on social media platforms within the first six months.
- Increase social media followers across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar, ensuring 100% of planned posts are published on schedule.
- Successfully create live content and post updates for all company events, ensuring real-time engagement and consistent brand presence.
- Develop ad content that contributes to a targeted increase in click-through rates (CTR) and a measurable lift in sales from social media campaigns.
- Optimize blogs and website content to achieve organic search traffic improvement within the first six months.
- Produce and publish at least two professionally edited podcasts per month, ensuring high sound quality and audience engagement.
- Conduct monthly analysis of content performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align 100% of content with broader business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of messaging.
