Job Description Hybrid Position (WFH Office Days) The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Digital Marketing team in a key marketing and sales-related activities. This includes the development of a best-in-class lead generation management digital automation tools, where sales and marketing intersect connecting customer prospects with our sales teams.This role will collaborate across the organization to enhance the company's use of digital communication, such as email, web, social, and digital advertising, as well as oversee and cultivate content to engage our customers. This position opens exciting opportunities, including search engine marketing, blog development, and social media marketing, and will a key role in creating a customer-driven environment that drives our business.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee and grow our customer contact database.Process marketing leads to the divisions and departments for engagement.Track and measure the lead generation results and effectiveness.Thought contribution to the expansion and growth of our lead generation process.Assist in the development of social media content for marketing campaigns.Schedule social media posts and engage with relevant industry accounts and posts across social media channels.Track and report on performance metrics related to digital marketing channels.Assist with reviewing all marketing materials and assets to ensure brand standards are being maintained, marrying product themes / elements, and align with intended strategy.RequirementsEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE : The Digital Marketing Specialist must have these minimum requirements : A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related discipline.Proven track record of successful marketing programs and reporting.2 years of experience Marketing / Advertising support or related disciplineTechnical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing-related applications.Demonstrate productive ambition to grow within the organization, assuming more responsibilities to meet expanding demands and new initiativesDigital marketing management platforms - including but not limited to email, social media, web (B2B, e-commerce, etc.), SEO / SEMExperience in marketing / sales support or lead generation management a plus.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers.
