Hospitality Manager Role Overview: As a Hospitality Manager at Heirloom Property Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining our portfolio of distinctive vacation rental properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that each property is impeccably staged & prepared to deliver a seamless experience for both guests and property owners. Your detail orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction will be integral in elevating the guest experience and maximizing property performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned portfolio.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, aesthetics, and functionality for each property.
- Foster strong relationships with property owners, prioritizing effective communication and addressing their unique needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize property listings and attract guests to the unique features of each accommodation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, feedback, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee reservation systems, ensuring accurate bookings and timely responses to guest inquiries.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and effective manner.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000 - $70,000 salary depending on experience.
