Duties
As a Lawn Care Crew Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing lawn care tasks such as mowing, and trimming to ensure well-maintained landscapes.
- Utilizing mechanical knowledge to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conducting groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and inviting.
- Assisting with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Basic mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment operation and maintenance.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to groundskeeping and landscape maintenance.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
