- Serve as a facilitator, building strong relationships and indirectly managing team members to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide clear and concise updates to executive leadership through well-crafted communications and presentations.
- Oversee project budgets of $3 million or more, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with diverse technology and business stakeholders to drive project success.
- Identify and mitigate risks, developing creative solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Senior-level project management experience on large technology integration projects
- Extensive experience in banking
- Vendor management experience
- Financial and budget management for projects exceeding $3 million
- Proven ability to create executive-level communications and presentations.
