We're looking for a dependable and diligent individual to join our team of professionals at our company. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for assisting the finance manager in all aspects of accounting. He or she must have excellent organizational skills to keep track of finances and be able to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
- Update and maintain the general ledger
- Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
- Recording of debits and credits
- Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
- Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
- Monitor any variances from the projected budget

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (Preferred)
- Account reconciliation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Account analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CDL Class C (Preferred)
