Summary
In this role, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with booking tours, answering questions about our services, and ensuring that each guest has a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for providing information about our tour packages, addressing customer inquiries, and helping manage any issues that may arise in a friendly and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about helicopter tours, pricing, schedules, and packages.
- Assist customers with booking and reservation processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Address customer concerns, and give feedback in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist customers with customizing their helicopter tour experience based on preferences and availability.
- Process customer payments and refunds in compliance with company policies.
- Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that arise, such as flight delays or cancellations, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied with the solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure that all customer interactions comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Support customers with their needs, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage in outbound calling for follow-ups or promotional offers as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or tourism (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY:
Schedule:
Thursday through Monday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
HeliNY operates every day of the year, therefore, employees are expected to work on holidays that fall within their scheduled shifts.
(Office attendance required).
