Primary Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DOOR to DOOR sales representatives to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to expand market presence and achieve company objectives.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service, identifying customer needs, and addressing any concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
- Training & Development: Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices to enhance their effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
- Proposal & Presentation: Oversee the preparation of proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential customers.

Requirements:
- Must attend and pass applicable sales training
- Be able to efficiently communicate proposals during in-home presentations
- Reliable Transportation a must
- Attend Industry leading trainings and sales meetings on our products, techniques, and receive support from a heavily experienced management team
- Participate in team campaigns such as door to door, tables at events, some retail opportunities and presentations that reach crowds of homeowners

Compensation:
- 100% Commission
- Very aggressive compensation, Bonuses and incentives
- Weekly Commission Pay
- Uncapped commissions that are well above industry average
- Average full-time $90,000 - $150,000 yearly, with an upside of $250,000
