Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to maintain accurate vendor accounts and enter invoices efficiently. The Accounts payable specialist will be a crucial part of the financial team, keeping the department meeting deadlines for vendor discount. This role will require strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise to excel in this role. We are seeking a dedicated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a consistent on-site presence (Monday-Friday) in our Sellersville, PA office.

What Helios Needs From You

• Review and process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Verify PO's, receipts, and other supporting documentation for each invoice.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and respond to inquiries regarding invoices or payment status.
• Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies.
• Process and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Work with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• High school education or GED required; Associates and/or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience processing AP
• Service Industry experience a plus
• Coachable - accounting skills/knowledge
• Successful completion of criminal background check
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  
  

Helios' compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay for this position ranges from $20/hour to $25/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
