Role: Sr. Business Analyst - Figma (UX) (Locals Only)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Required:
- Overall, 10 years experience required.
- Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency.
- Experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements.
- Experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs).
- Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience.
- Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices.
- Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices.
- Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills.
- Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, & prototypes in Figma or comparable design software.
- Experience ensuring designs and website conform to federal accessibility guidelines.
- Documented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements".
- Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira".
- Documented work experience in early childhood care and education.
