Role: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Job Summary:
The Business Analyst reports to the Director of Administration and is responsible for defining business solution recommendations and translating business objectives into detailed requirements to support the solution. This person is adept at assimilating, integrating, and interfacing technical knowledge with business/systems requirements. This person may also be responsible for writing test plans, test cases and UAT quality assurance work. When necessary, these individuals should also be able to lead teams of analysts to facilitate, document, analyze data, integrate and train business users throughout the project development life cycle. Structures client documents and manages writing process; writes key sections of client documents. Partners with technical leads to facilitate systems development; understands the development process (requirements gathering, design, code, test, deploy). KPIs and metrics, works with technical teams to develop reports in tools such as Tableau and Cognos. Develops test plans and assists or leads system and user acceptance testing with tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.

- Overall, 10 years of experience required.
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret Texas Vital Statistics laws, policies, procedures and regulations.

- Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
