Description Of Duties & Scope
- Update and manage the company website; project updates, press releases, etc.
- Organize and maintain historical project data.
- Brainstorm social media campaigns
- Manage targeted advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.)
- Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns and posts.
- Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.
- Develop social media strategies.
- Guide the messaging, tone, and brand voice for social channels.
- Stay current on industry innovations and tools.
- Support marketing objectives
- Creative social media posts with relevant keywords for SEO
- Write press releases on completed projects and community outreach events.
- Ready to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced working environments.
- Work with an external PR company on advertising and marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2-3 years of experience in a Social Media role; within an electrical construction business would be preferred.
- Recent experience from a corporate perspective using Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
- Website SEO knowledge and organic traffic experience
- Experience running targeted ad campaigns.
- Google Ads knowledge and experience
- Website management experience (WordPress preferred)
- Experience with CRM database preferred (Cosential preferred)
- Experience with Adobe CC products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Able to handle multiple deadlines at one time.
