Activation Art Assistant

Role
We are seeking an Activation team member to play an important role within our Creative Services department. Reporting directly to the Art Director, you will design digitally and physically help install new elements for our pop-up activation events as well as production shoots. This position is instrumental in bringing creative visions to life and maintaining the artistic integrity of our installations, while adhering to brand direction set by management companies and ensuring fast turnaround times. This is a temporary position with the possibility of turning into a full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Participate in concept ideation and research sessions to contribute innovative ideas.
- Organize assets for print in adobe creative suite.
- Design periphery assets for visual merchandising.
- Assist in planning and gathering necessary supplies for pop-up installations and production shoots.
- Prepare materials for fabrication, including drawing, painting, and sculpting.
- Perform assembly and installation tasks.
- Communications with vendors to ensure production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and ongoing projects.
- Propose ideas to improve efficiency and finish of pop-up elements.
